Annyeonghaseyo!! It's been a long time dat d gurls havnt updated d blog.. Let me do d job then. Mayb u all dont hav tym 2 do it o mayb juz ran out of idea.. Hehe..

First of all,what happen 2day ah.. Hmm.. Owh yeah, diz morning we 'A5' hav our group photo session. I decided just 2 stand rather than sitting. Next to me was Haz&Lyn&Yah at the vry end while Tifa was sitting. N d others at their respective position *i juz dont bother 2 dscribe it..dun care..*hehe.. 3 shots altogether. 2 of them were d normal&'serious' one n d other was d free pose. Me wit my usual V(':'). Hehe.. Enough of dat..

At break tym, I went 2 career room 4 d Med. registration.. During lunch, most of d gurls went home (PS/No class) which left wit only me,Atul,Haz&Effah. We have great tym chit-chatting bout baju raya td.. Hehe

GP cls 'td' we hav great laugh on my friend own definition of somantic = the study of *tut*. I juz cnt stop laughing td.. Hehe.

2mrw I hope we get to go to 'Ideal'.. Pls Nyssa.. Hehe.. N on Thursday I got ACQ from 7.45-9,whch mean dat I cant attend my maths class.. I'm nt ready yet 4 d ACQ actually.. Hehe

Ouch! We have test tomorrow and just to remind : :

Maths : we have our CRV test tomorrow the first period
and also, don’t forget, sir gonna ask to hand in all our work on Hypothesis Test and Error (I’m not sure if we have to hand in the notes also because usually he asked all the exercises to be handed in)
and last but not least do Ex 8B (Q.1-4), Ex 8C (Q1,2,4) and Mist Ex 8 (Q.most???I wonder whats that suppose to mean?)

Biology : past year paper 4 May/June 2006 Homework (discuss/hand in) for tomorrow and ada lagi kah?

Chemistry : As usual, I think still revision on past year paper 4 Oct/Nov 2007 right Lyn? And he’ll soon teach on Application Chemistry III (entah CLyn ckp ahahha).

General Paper : I’m so glad we’re watching movie(documentary x haha) on FOODS, ouh no~~ I’m fasting tomorrow (sabar separuh daripada Iman ehheh..)

Ok, firstly i wanna talk bout ystrday. Ystrday ptg, i spent tyme wit The Coven complete wit Nina who just came back from UK. After gp cls, we went straight to Ahan Thai restaurant at gadong, as most of us were really hungry. I ordered kue teow basah, nyaman x ah: nda ku nyasal,hehe & horlick pink. Cawannya ya rabbi besar hantap. Pyh ku kn abiskn, n I end up only drank it to half. After mkn, we went to The Mall, jln2 sja sna. We spent most of our tyme d Domani Boutique. P nda jw ada kmi beli. Hehe. Then, Rina blnja ice-cream DQ. I chose baby milo blizzard. Nyaman.. Dlm pkl 5 lalu bru kmi blik. We have fun la. Cz ktawa2 sja wh. Enough of dat.

Now, about 2day. 2day two Z nda skul-c Lave n effah. Kmbng jw 2. Hehe. Yatah bnyk yg mental. Tadi wk2 bio, kmi liat specimen *tut* of rat using microscope. Haha.

Msa monday msa2, I accidentally spilled hot cooking oil to my left hand. Yatah my 3 fingers bengkak. Menangis jw ku brabizly. Sakit bnr. Drg my harlequin babes advice me 2 put colgate/kicap on it. Ada yg suro cucuk, p nda ku brani. Ngiluku.. Pity me. Ehe.

Today's Event : Treasure Hunting!!!
Theme : Safari

I woke up at 4.15 am (which is freaking early!), packed my things, grab a sandwich, off to Nass's House. (Semangat kali aa td pgi tu! ehe)

Upon arrival d ICC (around 5.30am), there's a short briefing n photo session for all the participants. (masuk BB plg p yth gmbr diri muka sorg2 cam samut tu! aha)

6.28am : Flag Off

We headed to Waterfall Tasek for our first Safari challenge which is to pose a scenery of a hunter, the hunted animal with its respective backgrounds with using at least 4 props.
Starring: Uncle - The Hunter ; Umbrella, Binoculars
Myself - Panda ; Topi Panda
Nass - Bamboo Tree ; Biscuits
Nora - Background ; Sunshield Al yg wrna hijau
*Unfortunately, luan asyik n enthusias brabiz, na g tknang kn cmera bh so yeah*

Safari Challenge No 2:
Strike Me Kangaroo Down
Uncle tried it but no luck.. the two shots missed.. so he had to make an animal call to the marshal so he make a sound of Gibbons. (I Dont know y he choose that animal.. huhu adag binatang yg kiut bh!ehhe -joking)

Safari Challenge 3:
Pantai Tungku ; Environ-mentality Challenge
Oh Man! I Thought we have to do something that is really challenging. (Iski dh ku.kali apa nah?)
We were asked to fill the plastic itam atu(plastik sampah aa) at least half of d bag with rubbish that we could find d beach atu. Seriously, menyampah bnr! aha but it was fun berabiz. iski plg ku mutik sampah aa.. wahahha

Upon completion, we then headed back to ICC to collect Leg 2 Hunt Questioned & Tulips

Leg 2 ; The Most Difficult Part of The Hunting (For me lah! pasal lau challenge2 atu, aku handal. pantang dicabar neh aku ane! aha puji diri) *kambang ta kau tu run?*

From ICC, we were guided along the way by the 'Stupid' tulips (wahaha) which my uncle had to trip the meter according t the direction given. Along the way, there are two challenge need to be completed.

Safari Challenge 4: Katok B (Hiking up an annoying hill!)
There my uncle and I Had to identify 10 different parts and pictures of various kinds of animals. We got confused with antelope and impala, wild hog's ear & bat's ear and elephant's tail & buffalo tail. Urgggghhhh we scored 7 out of 10.

Safari Challenge 5: Tanah Jambu 2
Here, Nass and I were asked to count the numbers of animals in a human face. I counted 23 but then miss 2 animals so yeah you know how many there are actually. (DAMN!)

*Oh the other 3 questions which we need to solve and buy the treasures were so freaking tricky!

In the end, we reported 5 minutes later than we're supposed to, so we're given 1 penalty point. ARRGGH!

Safari Challenge 6:

Back to ICC, there's one challenge left ; to identify animals' sounds.
And only after this challenge, I manage to take out my camera & took snapshot.

Haven't been updating for a while since I've been quite busy after getting back from Miri the other day, sorting things out and finishing up my homework and so on and so forth..and and the Holiday's O.V.E.R already!! haha.The third term holiday will be in September, somewhere during the fasting month..then the real exam starts in October..oooo so scaryyyy :S

Today's lessons:

Maths : P3 Test. Tcher insisted to give us test in our lesson today since she wants to start a new topic with us tomorrow. The questions are okay...all taken from the past year papers that she told us to do during the holiday. The paper was supposed to be done for an hour or so..but we didn't have that much time in a normal lesson..less than 50 minutes kli gnya..so many of us didn't finish up answering them all.
Bio: Correction for classwork.
GP: Started looking at November GP questions and doing the data response thingy...
PS: buat homework n chit-chatting...haha *lame*
Chemistry: Practical paper on Titration and some 'planning' work for tomorrow.

What a Chocolatey day today...ate loads of Chocos at school. 3 org skaligus mbawa..Lyn, Zu n me...TQ guys..then smbung g makan d rumah..then aduuhh sakit gigikuu...then I said to myself 'STOP! STOP! no more Choco for today'..hahaha..exaggerated!!

Yesterday we had a reunion for ex-5Asmsab06 members at the Muara beach. Fafa and me arrived at more or less 8.45a.m. Not far away from our ‘pondok’, I could see that the boys were already main bola dengan semangat yang berkobar2...haha. Not all of us came yesterday. All girls do but some of the boys couldn’t manage to come..so sad ada yg missing..but it was good that many turned up for this year’s reunion. In the morning, we girls had fun playing carah duduk, tendang2 bola, main pasir and so on..yess macam kanak2 but we didn’t careee. :P hahaha

Then of course we had our lunch at more or less 12.30p.m. The menu was sphagetti, macaroni cheese, lasagna [yummy Italian foods], nuggets, wedges and sausages, mee goreng, chocolate muffins and chocolate dessert. Sedang2 makan tu kan…ada tya suara org menyanyi..Keyun’s voice singing “Happy Birthday to you, Happy.....” Then out of nowhere (dari tent atu pulang) she was carrying out with her a round, chocolate birthday cake with 4 candles above it. I have to admit that i was surprised..didn’t expect that actually..haha. The surprise was made for the four of us: Azim (76), Lyn(236..bowh esuk niiii), Me and Hafeez(286).

The weather was cool and calm throughout the morning but it started to get hawtt at 1-2 in the afternoon. Luckily none of us were there when the heavy rainfall came later on that day.
Thanks again Haz, Tif & Lyn and also to the rest of you guys for the birthday cake, presents and greetings. Love you all.

I'm getting bored at home..i miss you guys, honestly..haha :P will be seeing you ALL this Saturday i hope..and btw Welcome home to my bro, who will be here till Ramadhan. Just now he gave me another 'baju gamis'..a peach one..he has never came back to Brunei without any souvenirs for each and everyone of us at home..thanks bro! =D. Ohh..Speaking of Ramadhan, i still have fasting debts to be payed..have to get it done by August since the holy month is getting nearer..and yes..the mock exam IS getting nearer! =S lol!
Ohh my..I better do the Maths past year papers soon and at least re-read Chemistry and Biology A2 notes/books..coz i'm getting slack-ier this holiday..haha
Umm..what else?? i'm still watching the Korean drama..4 more episodes to go~ I'm getting addicted to the songs though..and goshh i got my eyes teared at some parts..i don't really like KJH's character in the drama, i preferred him in Princess hours.

Not sure if it's today or yesterday since, like Mother's day, different countries celebrate it on different days..but like Lyn said..everyday's a Parents day..it's 100% true..parents should be appreciated not only on special days for e.g. their birthdays, etc..but in every minute and every second sementara mereka masih ada...
Anyway..Happy Father's day to my beloved dad and to all dads all over the world.

I long for korean dramas so much 'coz it's been a long time since i watched Couple or Trouble.
I'm currently watching Witch Yoo Hee from youtube..it loads a lot faster than the Veoh's one..or perhaps the connection is much better in the morning?

Here's the synopis:
As the director of her father's advertising company, Ma Yoo Hee (Han Ga In) is known as a witch for her ruthless, no nonsense character. Had my last paper this afternoon..Chemistry paper 1...hmmm..how should i put it into words?
the paper was actually ok..well..sadaaang..but i did careless mistakes which i am still frustrated about..but can't do anything no more..past is past, present is present, future is future :P
EAS paper 2 yesterday was quite ok compared to paper 1 the day before..it was just that all the three texts for paper 1 commentary were sooo long that most of us didn't get to comment on them thoroughly..

We were super duper 'rajin' that we didn't attend Chemistry class this morning..Sir O was alone in the dark! eh? no..in the Lab..sorg pun nda masuk..mwahaha. Then in Maths class teacher D gave us piles of homework to do. The whole paper 3 past papers booklet. And and we'll be given paper 3 test right after the school reopen which will be on the 30th of June..weeeee *excited*
Ah well..it won't really be a holiday as such..with the mock exams coming up in just about a month and a few weeks after that..

Ohh just one more day left before the school holiday..was thinking of not coming to school this Saturday but changed my mind..not really because of the event..but because of something else..something really important and urgent and..........sounds serious eh? huahuahua ho!
Anyway..Good Luck to my friends who are still having their exam (the last one) tomorrow..hwaiting!! then you'll be free (for the time being) like me & Lyn! lolololol *kambang skajap*

A warm condolence to her family

Just heard this morning from a friend of mine that our form 1-2 Science teacher, Cikgu Marlina, had passed away on Saturday, the 7th of June 2008. She was suffering from kidneys failure (I've just known this too) a couple of years ago after giving birth to her only child who is now 4 years old.
She was one of those good teachers I've known in SMSAB..I still remember her kind and loving nature though she didn't seem like one at first. I too, along with my friends were shocked by the news...but yeah..hidup & mati di tangan tuhan. We who are still breathing and respiring wouldn't know exactly when we will be leaving this world..but surely the time will come..it's just a matter of when and how..

DON'T TAKE PANADOL AND PANADOL ACTI FAST AND PANADOL SOLUBLE (ESP.PPL WITH GASTRIC).

FYI... One real story from a guy...

My husband was working in a hospital as an IT engineer, as the hospital is planning to set up a database of its patient. And he knows some of the doctor quite well.

The doctors used to tell him that whenever they have a headache, they are not willing to take PANADOL (PARACETMOL). In fact,they will turn to Chinese Herbal Medicine or find other alternatives.

This is because Panadol is toxic to the body, and it harms the liver. According to the doctor, Panadol will reside in the body for at least 5 years. And according to the doctor, there used to be an incident where an air stewardess consumes a lot of panadol during her menstrual as she needs to stand all the time. She's now in her early 30's, and she needs to wash her kidney (DIALYSIS) every month.

As said by the doctor that whenever we have a headache, that's because it is due to the electron/Ion imbalance in the brain. As an alternative solution to cope with this matter, they suggested that we buy 1 or 2 cans of isotonic drink ( eg.100PLUS), and mix it with drinking water according to a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 (simply, it means one cup 100plus, one cup water.or 2 cups water).

Me and my husband have tried this on several occasions, and it seems to work well. Another method will be to submerge your feet in a basin of warm water so that it bring the blood pressure down from your throbbing head. As Panadol is a pain killer, the more Panadol you take, the lesser would be your threshold for pain (your endurance level for pain).

We all will fall ill as we aged, for woman, we would need to go through childbirth. Imagine that we had spent our entire life popping quite a substantial amount of Panadol (Pain Killer) when you need to have a surgery or operation, you will need a much more amount of general anesthetic to numb your surgical pain than the average person who seldom or rarely takes Panadol . If you have a very high intake of Panadol throughout your life (Migraine, Menstrual cramps) it is very likely that normal general anesthetic will have no effects on you as your body is pumped full with panadol and your body is so used to pain killer that you would need a much stronger pain killer, Morphine??

PTEB 3rd Annual Cross-Country

Yesterday's event was held in the morning(as usual) around Jalan Lambak Kiri..same route same distance as the last two years. It started off with the fun warming up (aerobic) session in the school's hall for girls and the assembly area for boys and then the actual event started a few minutes after it.
If I could just force my way up to the front row..it would be much better. At the start of the race, some people in front of us stopped running abruptly 4-5 minutes after the whistle(??) was blown and walked instead. They were pretty much scattered around the road that it was kind of slowing us down..few times I got myself bumped into other runners..lol!
Despite the fact that it was 'boiling' H.O.T yesterday, we actually had fun!!
Putra won the 'Best Male Team' while Mahkota won the 'Best Female Team' and overall the 'Best House' was awarded to Mahkota, followed by Putra, Wijaya and Pahlawan. The Yellow House won 3 years in a row, so in return they're allowed to keep their trophy for this year's cross-country..not sure who's gonna keep it though? the captain perhaps?? ah well..Congratulations to them and...GO GO PUTRA!! GO GO BLUE!! (haha..lain bunyinya..)

Saturday the 15th of March:

1) Happy Birthday to my twin brothers!!! luv ya both..

2) Academic Award Ceremony at the school's hall..congrats to all the Upper 6 2007 achievers..
took some pictures and so on..(did I look that serious?? lol!). I only have to attend Chemistry class that morning since I don't have Maths class in the afternoon.

3) 8 of us - Lyn,Tif,Haz,Qil,Zu,Yah,Fa & me myself went to the Rizqun Hotel at roughly 4p.m..Got myself some books, two cute 'Education UK' pen & a blue 'talented' pin ..lol! It was quite fun 'coz it's been some time since we hang out together..we then went to have dinner (Me, Zu & Tif ate sushi..*yummy*..now i know how to handle chopsticks properly..lol!) and jln2 skjap around the mall..went home at around 8p.m. I got so drowsy that I eventually fell asleep at 9.20p.m with the television (airing tirai AF which was sooooo boring!!!) watching me..haha

Insomnia

A study shows that Insomnia (sleep problem) is more common among women, people who are obese or have high blood pressure, anxiety and depression.
I've personally experienced this 4-5 times last year...couldn't sleep until it was 3 or 4 a.m...for merely 2 hours? that was just ridiculous!. Hated it. lol!
Took these out from MSNHealth:

6 remedies of Insomnia:
1) "Drink some warm milk before bedtime."
(tried this once or twice..but COLD milk instead! haha)
2) "Have a bedtime snack."
Or eating high-glycemic-index (GI) carbohydrates hours earlier at dinner
(It helps! trust me..lol!)
3) "Drink herbal tea."
(uhh?? Isn't tea supposed to contain caffeine?)
4) "Take a sleep supplement.’"
5) "Have a nightcap."
('course it isn't for us!)
6) "Cut out all caffeine."
Or limit it to the morning.

Should've jog this morning but since Run postponed it to next week, I joined my bro in the afternoon instead at the 'Padang Belapan'. I was the only one on the track but not until I've finished my 3rd round. Since it was quite hot, my bro became 'putera lilin' so he started at around 5:20p.m..lol!. 8 rounds jog + 2 rounds walk equivalent to 4km in approximately 35 minutes ( 5:10pm - 5:45pm)
I still have to increase the intensity though..and no more walking!!!
After 3-4 weeks free of any exercise whatsover...nyaman rasa badan ehh..i can feel the difference!! haha..apakan.
...am tired now i want to shleeep.

Yesterday was the PTM day at the school’s hall, intended to give our report for the first assessment which was assessed earlier last month. After receiving the report from the tutor in charge (which I’m glad was Sir Az! ) , my parents and I went to meet Sir G because he was waving at me from a distance as I was seeking around for any of my tutors. It took about 10-15 minutes for him to say whatever he wanted to say. He was complaining that only 6 of his students (including me) met him up so far. Then, with a quick glance around the hall, I saw both Sir M and Sir A in the front side of the hall seriously making conversations with someone’s parents and behind them was quite a number of students and their parents ‘eagerly’ waiting for their turn. Then I thought…okay...*turning away*. In GP class this morning, Sir A said that none of his male students’ parents met him...that means not even one from both blocks! and then he told us that he noticed 2-3 of us wandering around but never came up to him. I kept an innocent face, pretending to not know. lol! He also made a few assumptions as to why such things happen..and purposely brought up the sexist-thingy again..but it didn't matter really 'coz it's 'coincidently' our current GP topic..
(Back to the story) From the right corner of the hall, I saw Sir J. who was free at the mo…but I didn’t think that I need to see him simply because it wasn’t him who taught us until these couple of days..
So..out of 4 tutors, I only met one of them. Lol! See how lazy I am? I’m soon to be labeled as ‘pelajar contoh’ (dengan bangganya). NOT! Haha. Well..the thing is…I keeps me motivated a bit..which is what I wanted the most of all the things!! *eseh*

Glad we’ve finished our GP project! Hahaha! I just wanna laugh as much as i could before another test on Thursday. It's the last day of school (for 2007) today..and we're now officially promoted to the Upper six though some of the students are promoted with conditions..
then there was a cleaning campaign around the Lambak Kiri's mosque..and yeah, with our beautiful school uniform! *yay* *jumps up high into the air* hahaha
We were allowed to go home at around 10 a.m.

1. Whenever i go out to shop or whatever...there's always a bottle of H2O beside me..well..except for the fasting month..hehe!!
2. Can't stand showering under the COLD water..i'll freeeze!!!..but i do love COLD weather though
3. Had a broken bone (left leg) when i was like..6 or 7 years old? and it took about 3 months to recover..
4. Used to like pink as a typical girl..
5. 1st favourite cartoon character? that black mouse..Mickey Mouse..
6. I did want to take Physics as my 4th subject..coz i still 'sayang' it very much..*lol* but i didn't in the end..
7. Used to be a VERY quiet child..even to my own relatives..(and why was that??)

Had Chem practical this morning...the questions??...like Tiifa said.."totally unexpected"..2 questions saja BUT the 1st question, the titration one, was sooo loong...6 pages!! the 2nd question was only 2-1/2 pages..syg eh nda siap..ckit g..hmmph i'm soo tired!
And now...1 down, 9 more to come!!

Today'll be the sighting of the baby month (lurus kh 2? nyahaha nvm)..if it's sighted then tomorrow'll be the 1st Syawal..but if it's not then it'll definitely be on Saturday!!

At exactly 3.10p.m. the migraine menyerang kembali since its last attack in August i think??...sakit my kepala eyhh..ngilu bnr~
i feel like wanting to vomit several times..but luckily i survived till sungkai (d kdai lg tue)..mun nda..batal tya puasa..hehe
n thank god it eventually disappeared at around 6.45p.m [please please please go away n never come back!!!!]

Met our form 1 Geography teacher [M] td with her husband and son sungkai at one of the restaurant in..?? i didn't realise she was there at first until ia tagur aku..hahaha..and ummmm...she still remember my name!!..which is good..hehe okay~

i was so happy on saturday night.. and i came home very late lso i around 10-11pm... btw looking forward for raya and also exam!!! ouch im so scared! im afraid of everythings~~~~~~~~

bowh... but im feeling more relax by going out esp msa ari sabtu atu ehhe.. im having a lot of fun lerr... im sure fleur ad tifa having such a great time huh? ehhe... p kn nda siok tue our surprise ah ehe... cakes nya lagi damit and nda ckup untuk belanja semua ehhe.. and malu ku nanyai birthday ah eheh... p paksa jua kana paksa ahha.. sedap didengar my suara ahe he.. rockersxxx eheh jox... apakan aku anie???

Had real fun on Saturday night having sungkai at the mall while celebrating Z's n K's birthdays..1st time seeing Z blushing brabis..hehe (if u read this Z, don't kill me!!) hehe..

Congratulations to my sis-in-law for giving birth to a baby boy last night...gonna visit them later this morning..am happy that Raya for this year 'akan dimeriahkan lagi dgn tangisan 2 kehidupan baru' hehe..

A'skum and Hullo... erm i think its already about 10 days... since 1st Ramadhan :)....
Well definitly, my posa tak full this year ehhe... almaklumah... bendera merah as what fleur said ahha... jox fleur:P or Veela! Btw i got new name... my name is Eiteews... haha... cool huh!
